- All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. You will not be charged for any cancellations and reschedules made at least 24 hours before the session’s start time.
- Cancellations or reschedules made between 0 to 24 hours before a session’s start time will be charged 50% of the lesson’s cost.
- If a student does not show up for a session within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson will be considered cancelled and charged in full.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
We recommend messaging your mentor prior to any cancellations or reschedules.
Students who wish to cancel* or reschedule a session can do so by clicking the Cancel button on their session details card.
*If a student wishes to cancel or reschedule without being charged for the session, they must do so at least 24 hours prior to the session start time.
No Show Policy
Students must join their session within 15 minutes of their session start time.
If a student has not joined by that time, mentors will consider the student a no show and cancel the session, and the student will be charged 100% of the session fee.
If a student is aware that they may be late to a session, we recommend directly messaging the mentor who will decide how to handle the duration of the session.
If there are extenuating circumstances that require cancellations or reschedules, PearSquare will take them into consideration when determining any cancellation fees.
PearSquare mentors respect students’ time, and therefore, will never cancel a session with a student.
If a mentor must reschedule a lesson, they will do so at least 24 hours prior to the session start time after communicating and agreeing upon the change with the student. Students will not be charged in the event that a mentor reschedules.
If a mentor does not show up for a session or does not join a session within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson will be considered cancelled, and the student will be refunded the session fee in full.
